Local tourist tax: 1.50 euro per person per day, excluding children under 12 years.

Security deposit 150,00 euro which will be returned on departure.
The swimming pool is open from June to September.
The stay is from Saturday to Saturday, except for offers or periods otherwise agreed.
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; departures by 10 a.m. Different times must be agreed directly.
Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit by bank transfer or postal order. The balance will be paid on arrival, when the keys are handed over.
In case of cancellation within 20 days of arrival the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
It will be possible to use the amount paid for a replacement period by the end of the year following the year of booking.
